Contact & support
Email is how we handle everything: product questions, billing and refunds, privacy requests, safety reports, companies that have been named in a demand, and payment or compliance reviewers. One address, read by a person.
Include enough detail for us to find what you are asking about — for a Boost, the date and amount; for a demand, the link.
We answer within two business days. Artificial Frontier is a sole proprietorship run by its founder, so the person who reads your message is the person who can act on it. We publish an email address rather than a postal address; if you need one for a legal or regulatory reason, write to us and we will provide it.
What to write to us about
- Questions about the product
- How demands, support, or Verified Demand work, or whether something you have read here applies to you. We are pre-launch, so "when can I use it" is a fair question and we will answer it honestly.
- Billing, receipts, and refunds
- Anything about a Boost purchase. Please see the refund and cancellation policy first — it describes what is refundable and what is not.
- You are a company or creator named in a demand
- Tell us and we will explain what a demand is, what it does and does not commit you to, how to verify yourself, and how to have an inaccurate association reviewed. You are never obliged to respond to a demand.
- Privacy and your data
- Access, correction, deletion, or any other request about your personal information. See the privacy policy for what we keep about you.
- Safety, abuse, and moderation
- Content that should not be on the platform, impersonation, or a person being targeted who has not consented to it. Say what you saw and where.
- Payment, risk, and compliance review
- If you are reviewing us on behalf of a payment provider or a partner, write to the same address and say so. We will answer specific questions in writing, and we will say "we have not decided that yet" where that is the true answer. Our payments explanation is here.
- Press
- Also this address. We have no announcements, funding news, customers, or usage figures to share — there is nothing there yet, and we would rather say so than fill the space.
No phone support
We do not operate a support phone line, and we will never call you unprompted about a payment. Any message claiming to be us by phone or text is not us.
We will not ask for card details
Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider's checkout. We never ask for a card number, a bank login, or a one-time code by email.
Accessibility
If any part of this site or the product is difficult for you to use, tell us what you ran into and what you were using. We will fix what we can.
